7 Days Exchange Policy:

If product is damage or change you can claim exchange warranty ,If you want to exchange the product you have to send details of order ( picture of product you got and picture of shipping label on given whatsapp number : 0331 5676403 , within 7 days of receiving your order , you can exchange product with any other product of same amount . No requests will be entertained after 7 days of purchase. 

Conditions for Refund & Exchange:

  • You have to send that product you want to exchange  back to our address
  • Unworn/unused items can be exchanged/refund with their original receipt & tag.
  • No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products / clearance Sale.
  • If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
  • All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.
  • Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.

    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. 

    Currently we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND / EXCHANGE?

    Once you notify us that you would like a replacement. We will process your request within 48 hours. Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. If it complies with our refund / exchange policy, we will refund / exchange your product with in 7 working days.

    WHAT IS ONLINE STORE CREDIT?

    Online Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.
